Two of the courses in this bundle will focus on how to express ourselves fully–with grace. To put our insides, outside. So many of us bury our voice under the ground or only use it when we are so angry we explode. Our voice is to be used. To point people in our life and our audience and customers towards what we with conviction feel and see. I believe that harnessing the power of expression (in art and in relationships) has the ability to transform our entire lives. This bundle will also include 2 poetry workshops where you get to focus on being filled up by creation, and making art for art. Whether you consider yourself an artist or not, art has the ability to un-trap energy and show us parts of who we are that we have not met before.
